Redlan’s Gentlemen’s Grooming has been part of the Eagle community since 2016. During that time, we have grown from a small, one-chair barbershop into a team of professionals serving thousands of men and families throughout Eagle, North Meridian, Boise, and the surrounding Treasure Valley.

That growth did not happen in isolation. It happened because people in this community chose to trust us, support a locally owned business, refer their friends, and continue coming back.
That is why Redlan’s joined the Eagle Chamber of Commerce.
Joining the Chamber is another step toward becoming more involved in the community that has supported us for nearly a decade. It gives us an opportunity to build stronger relationships with other local businesses, participate in events that bring Eagle together, and contribute to the long-term health of the community we call home.
Being Local Means Participating Locally
Redlan’s is locally owned and operated. There is no corporate office or outside ownership group making decisions for our business. The people serving our guests live here, work here, raise families here, and participate in the same community as the people sitting in our chairs.
Being a local business should mean more than having an Eagle address.
It means paying attention to what is happening in the community. It means building relationships with neighboring businesses. It means supporting local organizations and being willing to contribute time, resources, and leadership when opportunities arise.
The Eagle Chamber has been serving and supporting businesses in the Eagle area since 1987. It creates opportunities for local businesses to connect, learn, collaborate, and become more involved in the city’s future.
That mission aligns closely with how we have always tried to build Redlan’s.
Why Chamber Membership Matters to Redlan’s
Redlan’s was built around the belief that a strong business should create value for everyone involved.
Our guests should receive a consistent, professional experience. Our barbers should have the systems, education, and career path needed to build stable careers. The business should remain healthy enough to employ people, invest in its team, support local organizations, and continue serving the community for years to come.
Chamber membership supports that bigger picture.
It allows us to develop relationships with other owners who are also invested in Eagle. Those relationships can lead to partnerships, shared community projects, trusted referrals, professional education, and a better understanding of the challenges facing local businesses.

How Redlan’s Plans to Get Involved
We do not want our Chamber membership to consist of placing a logo on our website and calling it complete. Our goal is to participate.
The Eagle Chamber hosts recurring and annual events such as Coffee with the Chamber, Business After Hours, the Lunch & Learn Speaker Series, the State of the City, Friday Fun Night during Eagle Fun Days, and the Eagle Chamber Charity Golf Tournament.
As our membership develops, Redlan’s plans to look for meaningful ways to participate in these opportunities, including:
Connecting With Other Eagle Businesses
We plan to attend Chamber networking and educational events to learn more about the people and businesses serving Eagle.
These relationships matter because local businesses are stronger when owners know one another, understand what each business offers, and can confidently refer customers to people they trust.
We also want our team to understand that professionalism extends beyond the walls of the barbershop. Participating in the local business community helps our barbers see how their work contributes to something larger than an individual service.
Supporting Community Events
Redlan’s intends to participate in Chamber and community events where our involvement makes sense.
That may include volunteering, sponsoring an activity, contributing products or gift cards, helping promote an event, or creating opportunities for our team and guests to participate.
The Chamber coordinates events and programs throughout the year, including Eagle Fun Days activities, the State of the City, charity initiatives, seasonal events, and other opportunities for members to volunteer.
We will approach each opportunity thoughtfully so our participation creates real value rather than becoming another form of advertising.
Welcoming New Eagle Residents
Many Redlan’s guests are people who recently moved to Eagle or the Treasure Valley. Finding trusted local businesses is often one of the first challenges someone faces after moving into a new community.
The Chamber’s Warm Eagle Welcome program provides new residents with local information, business resources, community materials, and offers from Chamber members. The program has distributed welcome bags since 2020.
Programs like this are a natural fit for Redlan’s. We want new residents to feel welcomed into Eagle and to know where they can find dependable local services, whether that means a barbershop, restaurant, contractor, financial professional, or another locally owned business.
Continuing Our Commitment to Giving Back
Community support has already been part of Redlan’s through charitable promotions, local partnerships, donated services, gift-card contributions, and campaigns that connect business activity with community needs.
Chamber membership gives us another path for identifying where support is needed.
The Chamber coordinates programs such as its Thanksgiving Adopt-a-Family effort, holiday gift initiatives for local senior residents, scholarship fundraising, and volunteer opportunities connected to community events.
We look forward to learning more about these programs and determining where Redlan’s and our guests can make the strongest contribution.
What This Means for Our Guests
Our guests will continue receiving the same reservation-based, professional grooming experience they expect from Redlan’s.
Joining the Chamber does not change what happens in the chair. It strengthens what happens around it.
