Now in her fourth year in the industry, Lily has built her approach around something simple: understanding the person sitting in her chair. She enjoys hearing people’s stories, learning what they’re looking for, and creating an experience that leaves them feeling better than when they walked in.

Lily continues to build her skills in men’s grooming and takes pride in the details that make a visit feel complete. She’s also mastered the art of the shampoo, so if you’re in need of a little self-care, she’s your girl.

Outside the shop, Lily is usually crafting, reading, or finding a reason to get outside. She loves hiking, fishing, and biking, and she’ll happily take a recommendation for her next adventure.
